Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. You would expect the delivery about 1-2 weeks time but it may vary depending on the shipping providers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For Hato Mall products, we have the special shipping rates as below:

– For Australia, FREE shipping for destination locations within 15km radius from Woy Woy or Pennant Hills. For all other locations: $18.00 flat rate for up to 20kg.

– For Vietnam, you can email to order in advance and pick up from our shop in Ho Chi Minh city.

– For other international destinations: you will enjoy the good rates from the local sellers. You can check the delivery rate when checking out the cart.
