Order methods

We welcome orders via email, online or phone.

Payment methods:

With emailed orders: we will provide the payment link or our bank account details after your order request and you can then make the payment.

– Direct deposit

– Paypal

– Credit cards

For online orders: it will be processed through the cart check-out

– Amex

– Visa

– Mastercard

– Cash on delivery (only within 25km from our location)

Buyers:

– Buyer can order the products via email as per their request.

– For wholesale orders, buyer can email to order. Or we will provide buyers an access for the wholesale account online.

– For other products, buyer can just search and buy products online directly from our app.

Sellers:

– Simple seller can just send us the photo and price from the “Share” menu on app. We then do the listing for them.

– Tech-savvy seller can register and open their own store from the “Seller” tab. Seller can then directly post the products in details.

Hato Mall will also look forward to creating more free useful apps for everyone in the near future.

Payment methods

1) Direct bank transfer

Proceed the cart check-out. Customers fill in all delivery information: Buyer’s full name, Address, recipient’s phone number and delivery time.

Then make the payment to the account details provided. Please ensure to write your order number for the reference of the bank transfer.

2) Cash on delivery (COD)

Customers fill in all delivery information: Buyer’s full name, Address, recipient’s phone number and delivery time.

We will then contact you by phone or email to confirm the order and payment.

The buyer is to advise and agree with the seller on the delivery method:

– Deliver the items directly to the address by post or in person.

– Or hire a third party to deliver, depending on the agreement with the seller.

3) Credit Card

Proceed the cart check-out. Customers fill in all delivery information: Buyer’s full name, Address, recipient’s phone number and delivery time.

You will then receive the email with the link for payment via Paypal. You can either pay via Credit Card or your Paypal account.

Or you can pay via Credit Card over the phone. Your payment details are not stored in any form after your order is processed.
